- Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm (Full time)
$20-$23 per hour to start + $500 Sign-on Bonus after 90 days
Great office working hours, set schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (NO WEEKENDS) with your own desk/dual monitors. Holidays off.
Job description:
A loupes specialist is responsible for helping individuals select and fitting them with the appropriate loupes for their profession, such as dental or surgical loupes. Their responsibilities may include performing a thorough examination of the individual's eyesight, taking measurements and adjustments to ensure a comfortable and ergonomic fit, providing guidance on proper usage and maintenance of loupes, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise post-fitting. They may also be responsible for educating individuals on the benefits and features of different types of loupes, and keeping up to date with the latest advancements in the field.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a great sense of logical thinking.

Requirements:

Technical skills: A loupe specialist must have a deep understanding of optics, including lenses, prisms, and mirrors.

Attention to detail: A loupe specialist must be meticulous in his or her work, paying close attention to every detail to ensure correct diagnostics is given.

Problem-solving skills: When faced with a problem , a good loupe specialist will troubleshoot the issue and find solutions quickly and efficiently.

Patience: The process of creating a loupe can be time-consuming and requires a lot of patience. A loupe specialist must be able to work carefully to ensure that every step is done correctly and all of the information needed is retrieved for a successful remake.

Strong communication skills: A loupe specialist must be able to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

Logical thinking: As a loupe specialist you must Identify and evaluate potential solutions to problems using sound reasoning and judgment.
